What it’s like

Seven Wood matures in bourbon casks and finishes in casks of six different French oaks, hence its name. The French oak brings spice, vanilla and a toasted touch to Jura’s malt, which keeps a faint smoke. It is a warm, spicy malt, good for comparing with the house’s ten and twelve-year-olds. Enjoy it neat or on the rocks.

Warm. Spice, caramel, ripe fruit, oak and soft smoke.

Medium, spicy and somewhat dry, with a smoky, vanilla hint.
