Tullibardine names its finishes after the capacity of the cask in litres: 225 finishes in Bordeaux barrels that held Sauternes sweet wine. The wine gives the house malt white fruit, honey, apricot and an elegant sweetness. No smoke. It is a delicate, indulgent malt, interesting for getting to know white wine finishes. Best enjoyed neat.
