What it’s like

The single barrel version of Knob Creek: nine-year-old bourbon bottled barrel by barrel at 60% ABV. It is one of the most intense bourbons for its price, with caramel, nuts, vanilla, spice and very marked oak. It is best tried with a few drops of water or an ice cube, which open up the sweetness. Each barrel has its own nuances.

Nose
Caramel, toasted peanut, vanilla, oak and a touch of dark fruit.
Palate
Very intense. Toffee, spice, nuts, cocoa and toasted oak.
Finish
Very long and warm, with spice, oak and a hint of caramel.
