What it’s like

West Cork Distillers is an independent distillery in Skibbereen, in the south-west of Ireland, founded by three local friends. Its Original Blend combines grain and malt whiskey matured in bourbon casks. It is light, smooth and sweet, with vanilla, honey, fresh fruit and a touch of spice. No smoke. A simple, inexpensive Irish whiskey, good for every day.
