What you can write to us about
- Questions, ideas and suggestions. Tell us what is missing, what you don’t understand or what you would improve.
- A mistake on a whisky page. Tell us the whisky (or the link to its page), which fact you think is wrong and, if you can, a reliable source. We review it and, if appropriate, correct it.
- Your personal data. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability) choose “My personal data” as the topic and tell us what you want. We reply within one month at most. You can do almost everything yourself from your profile.
- Reporting content. Write to us with the link and the reason. Also if you think some content infringes your rights.
- Your account. Trouble signing in, changes you can’t make yourself or questions about how it works. Give the name you registered with in the form so we can find it.
- Shops, brands and press. If you want to collaborate or share information about a product, tell us. Remember that we don’t accept payment to position a whisky or to write reviews.
When we reply
We reply as soon as we can. For requests about personal data, the legal maximum is one month. If your message is urgent (for example, content that seriously harms you), say so at the start of the message.
Other details
The site owner’s details (name, tax ID and address) are in the legal notice. This form is also the point of contact for users and authorities for the purposes of the EU Digital Services Act.
We will never ask you by message or email for a password or your card details. WhiskyMatch has no passwords and sells nothing.
